Become a Tier0 Partner
Program Overview
To qualify for partner discounts, rebates, or other pricing benefits, all of the following conditions must be met:
• The opportunity must be registered and approved under FREEZONEX’s deal registration policy.
• The related customer contract, order, or purchase document must be confirmed by FREEZONEX as valid and effective.
• The partner must remain in good standing throughout the project and customer engagement, with no material breach, unauthorized commitments, or conduct that disrupts normal market practices.
No discount or rebate will apply without approved deal registration and a valid confirmed contract.

Renewals
Active Client Engagement
The partner must maintain an active customer relationship and ongoing business and service communication throughout the original subscription term.
Renewal Participation
The partner must provide basic customer support and actively participate in renewal discussions, coordination, or follow-up.
Confirmed Attribution
The renewal order must remain attributed to the partner, with written confirmation from FREEZONEX.
Not Automatic
Renewal discounts do not apply automatically and must be confirmed for each renewal opportunity.
Cloud Edition
First-Year Cloud Edition Bonus
For eligible new Cloud subscription deals, partners receive an additional 10% first-year discount on top of their standard tier discount.
This incentive applies only when:
The deal is a confirmed new Cloud subscription.
Deal registration and approval have been completed and confirmed by FREEZONEX.
The discount applies only to the first year.
It does not apply to renewals, expansions, add-ons, continuation orders, or other non-new-subscription scenarios unless confirmed in writing by FREEZONEX.
The additional 10% Cloud bonus applies only to verified first-year new subscriptions.


Annual Review
Annual Tier Review & Adjustment
Partner tiers are reviewed annually, or according to an agreed assessment cycle, based on the following criteria:
Sales performance
Certification status
Customer support capability
Market investment and engagement
Business collaboration
Collaboration
Official Opportunity Collaboration
For opportunities led or managed by FREEZONEX, qualified partners may be invited to participate based on project needs.
Participation may include customer communication, solution support, PoC support, bid support, delivery preparation, implementation coordination, and customer success support.
