Tier0 at Hannover Messe 2026: Unified Namespace for Agentic Operations

exhibition

At Hannover Messe 2026, one message came through clearly across industrial AI and automation conversations: the next phase of industry is not just about collecting more data. It is about turning operational data into real-time context that applications and agents can act on.

From Automation to Agentic Operations

Factories and process plants already generate large volumes of operational data. The challenge is that much of it remains fragmented across machines, control systems, historians, MES, SCADA, spreadsheets, and custom software.

Tier0 addresses this gap with a Unified Namespace architecture. Using MQTT publish/subscribe patterns and semantic data structures, Tier0 helps create a shared operational layer where data can be published once, contextualized, and reused across dashboards, analytics, workflows, and AI agents.

Beyond the Unified Namespace foundation, Tier0 showcased three practical AI capabilities for industrial operations:

- Industrial App Builder for creating industrial operations applications with natural language

- Advanced Analytics for turning live data into real-time operational insight

- UNS Agent for working with structured industrial context

In the Hannover Messe Conversation

Hannover Messe 2026 coverage around SUPCON's autonomous operations showcase highlighted Tier0 as part of an integrated industrial AI stack.

ARC Advisory Group also covered the showcase in “SUPCON Outlines Path to Autonomous Operations at Hannover Messe 2026”, describing Tier0 as part of an UNS-based Industrial IoT data platform.

Manufacturing Tomorrow's event coverage also referenced Tier0 AppBuilder as part of the move toward faster industrial application development.

From Data Layer to Working Applications

Autonomous operations require more than automation at the equipment layer. They depend on a common operational context that software, engineers, and AI agents can all work from: asset relationships, real-time process states, production events, quality data, alerts, workflows, and analytics outputs.

With this shared context in place, each new application can build on the same operational layer instead of starting from another custom integration project.

A Practical Step Toward Industrial AI

Hannover Messe 2026 showed that industrial AI is becoming less abstract. The conversation is moving toward real execution: how to connect field intelligence, data platforms, software-defined control, analytics, robotics, and applications into systems that can continuously improve operations.

Tier0's role in that architecture is the data foundation. By making operational data structured, real-time, and reusable, Tier0 helps manufacturers move from isolated automation projects toward scalable agentic operations.
